Identification of the borehole drilling spot at the pilot site

During this visit, our team engaged in a discussion with the water engineer, who identified the optimal location for drilling the borehole based on several key factors. The engineer explained these considerations to the beneficiary farmers at the pilot site, ensuring they understood the process and the reasoning behind the selected spot.

Socioeconomic study at the pilot site

These activities included one-on-one interview with the beneficiary farmers, focusing on the current state of their livelihoods prior to the project’s intervention.

Training of data collectors for pilot site data collection

During the training, data collectors were instructed on the survey tools and the translation of questions into the local language before data collection. This preparation ensures that the data collectors fully understand the questions and can accurately transcribe the required data using tablets.
